Description

Allstate Floors, a commercial flooring company, is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and focused candidate for an administrative position in our Operations department as a project Coordinator. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in effectively using technology, multi-tasking, communicating effectively, successfully functioning under pressure, and interpreting complex information logically.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: fielding phone calls; interpreting construction plans and specifications; data entry; creating, organizing, and maintaining digital folders; communicating with clients and general contractors; scheduling installers, producing reports and spreadsheets; and communicating with other departments within the company, amongst other tasks, duties, and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess some administrative experience or experience in a professional work environment. Perfect opportunity for some wanting to learn Construction Management.

Training for this position will take place in our Jessup, MD location.  After the completion of training, the duty location will be our Washington, DC location.  All employees report to the Jessup, MD location for weekly staff meetings.
