Description
Allstate Floors, commercial flooring company, is looking for an ambitious, organized candidate for a project administrator position. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in multi-tasking, organization, effective communication, and will possess strong mathematical skills. The most successful candidate will have a proven background of being a self-starter, which is crucial to this position.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: contract/project review, creating change orders, financial tracking of projects, processing project documents, releasing/ordering of materials, costing/billing projects, among other tasks, duties, and responsibilities.

Training for this position will take place in our Jessup, MD location.  After the completion of training, the duty location will be our Washington, DC location.  All employees report to the Jessup, MD location for weekly staff meetings.
